Kieran Zerafa was the first baby born today. He was born at 00.18 a.m.
Health Parliamentary Secretary Joseph Cassar and Mrs Cassar visited Kieron and his family as well as expectant mothers at the Obstetrics Wards at Mater Dei Hospital to pass on best wishes and distribute gifts.
