Island Hotels Group Holdings plc has appointed Kwang Sim, William Hancock and Gary Neville as company directors.
Mr Sim is a Singaporean national with an extensive background in leisure and hospitality having held several senior positions with key players within the industry. Based in the UK, Mr Sim is currently the chief financial officer for Resort Properties Group.
Mr Hancock joins the IHGH Board with an extensive background in corporate finance and real estate investment banking. He has held senior positions including European managing director for JER Investments as well as a directorship in the real estate investment banking team of Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr Hancock is an Australian national with extensive European experience.
In 1992 Mr Neville was on Sir Alex Ferguson's famous youth team along with other superstars of the game. Since then he has gone on to captain Manchester United through a number of national and international successes including the FIFA Club World Cup and the Intercontinental Cup. Mr Neville has 85 caps playing for England, having played for his country since 1995. He is a partner in a number of businesses involved in property management and hospitality in the international market.
