Konrad Cassar Naudi was recently invited by Christian Daujat, academic dean of Glion Institut de Hautes Etudes in Montreux, Switzerland, to participate as a member on the Industry Panel.

This panel was composed of industrialists who hold key senior positions in a range of industrial sectors within the hospitality industry.

The role of the panel was to assist with the development of the academic programmes at the Glion Institut.

An independent survey has ranked this institute as one of the top three hospitality management schools in the world.

Mr Cassar Naudi, a former student of Glion, works as a consultant with a Swedish training and consultancy firm in Sweden, lectures at the University of Umeå and has worked for many years in the hospitality industry. He has worked in prestigious hotels such as the Hotel George V in Paris, Hotel des Bergues in Geneva, Grosvenor House Hotel and Hyde Park Hotel in London. Mr Cassar Naudi is the Honorary Consul for Malta in Sweden.
