This will help organisations seeking to implement effective environmental management systems by ensuring that line managers have a sound understanding of the principles of managing environmental risk.
The institute is also holding the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Health and Safety, starting in March. The course will provide candidates with a good foundation in health and safety.
An Introduction to Fire Safety course will be held on March 1 and 3. This course trains staff on how fire can be prevented, what should be done in case of fire, and how to use the various fire extinguishing equipment available.
