The Home Affairs Ministry has denied a story in today's l-orizzont that the Security Service was used to track down MP Franco Debono when he could not be found while parliament was voting on Monday.

The newspaper said MSS equipment was used to locate Dr Debono through the location of his mobile phone. He was then taken to Parliament by a member of the service.

The ministry said the report was fiction.
