Superior service being offered by Air Malta
While en route to London Gatwick on Friday, December 11, on board Air Malta flight KM116, I happened to read Joseph Tabone's letter about Air Malta and felt I should add a few words of my own.
My wife and I travelled to Malta this year for a two-week holiday and used Air Malta for the first time. We have been very impressed with the service offered by the airline and found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and courteous.
Having used a number of scheduled airlines (including the so-called "low-cost" operators) and chartered airlines, we have found that Air Malta offers a superior service.
It's very refreshing to find an airline that charges very reasonable prices and yet still offers a very high standard of customer service and our experience with them this year has helped to make our holiday all the more enjoyable.

Air Malta should thank you Harry for showing your appreciation in such a forthright manner.However,whilst speaking as you find is admirable that is precisely what the vast majority of complainants against Air Malta are doing,which I venture to suggest if you travelled more frequently would be more evidently apparent-especially in the crucial area of like-for-like basis with full fare airlines, and even more pertinent in the crucial area of price comparison!
