BORG. On December 10, at Mater Dei Hospital, FRANK (Il-Pittur), widower of Tessie, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his only sister, Josephine Cini, née Borg, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. Mass praesente cadavere will be celebrated today at 3 p.m. at St Mary's parish church, Attard, followed by interment at Attard cemetery. Preferably, donations to charitable institutions would be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

MUSCAT. On December 10, at St Anne Home for the Elderly, Senglea, Mgr Professor Dean CARMELO MUSCAT of Senglea, aged 83, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his sister Maria Muscat, member of MUSEUM, his nieces Carmen and her husband Charlie Scicluna and Rita and her husband Raymond Frendo, great-nephews and nieces, great grand-nephews and nieces, and their families, other relatives and friends and members of the clergy. The funeral leaves St Anne Home for the Elderly, Senglea, today at 1.30 p.m. for Our Lady of Victories Basilica, Senglea, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m., followed by interment in the family grave at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

Requiem Masses

Today being the trigesima die from the death of our dear SALVINO MANGION, a Mass for the repose of his soul will be celebrated today at 5 p.m. at Casa Leone XIII chapel, Sacred Heart Avenue, St Julians. The attendance of relatives and friends would be greatly appreciated.

Tomorrow being the fifth anniversary of the demise of CARROLL SAMUT TAGLIAFERRO, née Gatt, the 12 noon Mass at St Rita's chapel, St George's, St Julians, will be offered for the repose of her soul.
