Extended postal service before Christmas

I refer to an item entitled Posting published in On The Dot column (November 30). We would like to remind the public that a press release was issued by Maltapost plc on December 1 to inform its clients that it had extended its opening hours till 9 p.m.

We would like to remind the public that a press release was issued by Maltapost plc on December 1 to inform its clients that it had extended its opening hours till 9 p.m. at the head office branch situated at 305, Qormi Road, Marsa for pick-up of their notified non-dutiable parcels, bulky packets and EMS items. Postal services and Custom's clearance service at Maltapost's head office will be available between 8 a.m. and 12.45 p.m. and from 1.45 p.m. until 7 p.m., Monday to Friday and from 8 a.m. to 12.45 p.m. on Saturdays. Maltapost may also clear items from Customs on the customer's behalf at a nominal fee upon receiving authorisation from clients.

Our country-wide delivery service is being extended until 9 p.m. Mondays to Sundays to ensure the best quality of service possible.

This extended service will remain effective until December 23.
