Request for proposals for Kalkara temporary marina

The Malta Maritime Authority has issued a request for proposals for the management and operation of a temporary marina in Kalkara between Villa Bighi and Villa Portelli.

Around 60 yachts and craft will be moored at the temporary marina for eight years.

The selected operator will provide a range of services including berthing assistance, provision of supplies and other related services, regulated by the authority.

A few days ago, the MMA issued a similar request for proposals for the management and operation of mooring areas in Xemxija Bay and in Salina Bay. A preview document is available at www.mma.gov.mt.

Proposals will be received until January 22.
