In line with Bank of Valletta's commitment to provide customers with innovative and flexible products, a new home loans package for estate agents is being introduced, offering various benefits to customers purchasing property through local estate agents.

Those customers who opt to take out a loan from BoV for property purchased from estate agents can enjoy an array of benefits that include the removal of processing fees, a 50 per cent discount on fixed interest rate bookings, no processing fees on budget accounts of up to €1,000 and a 50 per cent discount on processing fees on personal loans.

Bank of Valletta is inviting clients interested in taking up a home loan to ask their estate agent for details on the new BoV package.

This offer is valid up to May 31, 2010. All loans are subject to normal bank lending criteria and final approval from Bank of Valletta. Terms and conditions apply.
