BSJ Mtarfa race on Sunday

The final race in this year's edition of the Birkirkara St Joseph 5K Road Running Series will be held on Sunday on the Mtarfa By-Pass, starting at 9 a.m.

This annual series of four races is organised under the auspices of Athletics Malta.

Charles Cilia, Gerald Grech and Brian Magri are leading the overall classification following the first three races held in summer.

In the women's series, Joelle Cortis, Angela Sammut and Caroline Ciappara are battling it out for the top honours.

Race applications will be accepted up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the race.
