Mosta man succumbs to fireworks injuries
Mario Farrugia, 26, who was seriously injured in a fireworks factory explosion at Bidnija on October 24, has succumbed to his injuries.
The explosion, at Sta Marija fireworks factory, had demolished part of the complex and injured three people, particularly Mr Farrugia, who suffered extensive burns.

My prayers go out to our beloved brother Mario Farrugia for his precious and loving soul to be with the lord Jesus Christ and his many loving saints. This also extends to all his family and his beloved fiance. May the lord be with you always, and give you all eternal strength, peace and blessings. with a heavy heart i salute mario and his belove relatives who are undoubtly going through the misery of losing a beloved one especially one like mario .i will never forget that shining beautifull face and big heart when he used to meet me at hiswork and my shop. to is family and relatives i say that we pray for them so the lord may grant them peace in mind and courage to face the unspeakable loss and to my fiend mario i say please say hello to my son esteban when he enters heaven and to tell him we miss them both and lovely jonathan too.may they all rest in peace for ever .we will miss thm untill we met again someday soon.

May God Grant him eternal rest and courage be on the side of his relatives...as a fireworks enthusiast i must say im deeply shocked and upset for the loss of a colleague even though i didnt know him personally.
