Rebecca Dalli Gonzi was recently awarded an M.Sc. with distinction in Strategic Project Management from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Her M.Sc. thesis examined the impact of a proposed framework in communicating change in public policy in an area such as climate change, using a case study of a consultation project currently underway in the Scottish government's climate change division.

She is currently involved in drafting a paper to draw attention to the effectiveness of a climate change strategy to effectively communicate vision and motivation as a proposed plan for action.
