Mr Dimech is former group director of an international hotel chain and head of HR and training with an international chain of English language schools.
He was also involved in various projects in training and development, performance management, business and organisational development, leadership and coaching, succession planning, resourcing, remuneration, employee relations, business start-ups and takeovers.
Ms Cutajar has been active in the management of HR and training in local and overseas companies in the private and public sectors, spanning various industries.
