Salmon Parcels
Ingredients:
Smoked Salmon
Avocado
Cream Cheese
Chopped shrimps
Chives
Chopped parsley
Walnut
1. Line the inside of a small container such as ramekin or a teacup with cling film.
2. Layer the inside with smoked salmon.
3. Make a mix of the chopped avocado, walnut, shrimps, chives and parsley.
4. Mix with the cream cheese and fill the container with the mixture.
5. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
6. Serve cold and garnish with salad and half a lemon.
