Man awaiting trial has bail revoked

A man who today had his bail revoked because he was caught breaching conditions threatened the police inspector as he was going out of the court room and was charged with threatening a police officer and relapsing.

He pleaded not guilty.

Silvio Buttigieg, 36, is awaiting trial by jury. Mr Justice David Scicluna revoked his bail conditions and he lost his €4,660 deposit and €16,310 personal guarantee.
