Traffic arrangements during works in Sliema

As roadworks are being carried out at The Strand and the Ferries in Sliema, may I suggest that, as a trial, the turning opposite St Pius V Street be turned into a complete roundabout so that traffic not intended for Sliema may turn back and avoid congestion at the bottom of both Tower Road and Bisazza Street. With the traffic arrangement as it stands today, delivery vans that attend to bars and restaurants at The Strand and cars wanting to park on the other side of the road in the area between the Waterfront Hotel and the restaurants further towards Sliema, have to drive unnecessarily right up to Bisazza Street to turn back out of Sliema.
