The fourth paragraph in the letter published on Saturday by Marcel Pizzuto, chairman of the Consumer Affairs Council, about avoiding costs when changing mobile phone service providers, should have read as follows: In the meantime it is opportune to point out that a service exists whereby consumers can phone up freephone 180 or else send an sms to 180 indicating the mobile number they wish to contact so as to find out which is the service provider of that particular number.
