The Foundation for Social Welfare Services (FSWS) and St Benedict's College recently held an event at Mqabba primary school to celebrate World Children's Day. The school choir performed and a play was staged.

The event also saw the launch of new educational material to be used with Year 5 students. FSWS CEO Sina Bugeja said the event was an expression of the FSWS' commitment towards children, their protection and their well-being.

The FSWS, through its agencies Sedqa, Appoġġ and Sapport, offers various prevention programmes and services to children, ensuring their rights are protected.
