President visits Maltese patients in London
President George Abela and his wife Margaret are visiting Maltese patients receiving treatment in London.
They arrived in the English capital last Thursday evening, where they were welcomed by Maltese High Commissioner to the UK Joseph Zammit Tabona.
Dr and Ms Abela are staying with the Franciscan nuns in Victoria, which hosts several Maltese patients receiving treatment in London, as well as their relatives.
They will also visit Maltese patients staying at several hospitals in London before returning tomorrow.
