Majority representation

A recent verification exercise had shown that the majority of Tug Malta workers were members of the Malta Dockers' Union, the union said.

It said on November 3 it had insisted it represented the majority of workers. Then, it added, it had submitted a list of new members along with copies of their resignation letters sent to other trade unions they had belonged to.
