JS Productions Limited, local representatives of Circo Fantasy, have filed a judicial protest against the Director of Educational Services claiming discrimination because school visits to the circus have been prohibited.

Animal welfare had been cited as the reason for the prohibition, since the circus features animals.

JS Productions argued that the ban implied that there was animal cruelty at the circus, when this was not the case.

The circus will run between December 10 and January 3
