BoV launches pre-paid cards

Bank of Valletta has launched pre-paid payment cards in a range of three, with values of €50, €75 and €100.

The cards are pre-loaded with a fixed amount which is deducted when transactions are made.

The BoV MasterCard pre-paid card is convenient for shopping over the internet, settling bills online and paying for goods and services worldwide.

Offering control, confidentiality and security, it can also be used as a travel card.

Cardholders may check their balance by inserting the card into any BoV ATM or calling the bank's Customer Services Centre on 2123 4821, quoting the card number.

The BoV MasterCard prepaid cards are on sale now from BoV branches.
