San Martin dinner
Around 150 people attended the traditional San Martin fundraising dinner held at the seminary. Gozo Bishop Mario Grech led the gathering. Charles Zammit, of Victoria (left), helped the kitchen staff prepare a four-course meal. For dessert, people were treated to dried fruits and nuts. Old-timers - Ċensu Saliba, Spiro Cauchi and Anthony Formosa - provided the entertainment. The rector Fr Daniel Xerri presented Mgr Grech with a psalter and a CD featuring performances by the seminarians' choir, released by the seminary.
