Chief Scout of the Scout Association of Malta Kenneth De Martino visited the Victoria Scout Group on November 14. He was welcomed by Scout leader Lorrie Saliba and then met the two Cub Scout Packs, the Troop and the Unit and their leaders. Each Pack presented a song and the Kestrel Patrol, winners of the previous week's International Night Competition, delivered a presentation about Japan. The Venture Unit built a ropeless bridge.
