Villeroy and Boch tile line lands coveted award

Aimée, a new and innovative tile by Villeroy and Boch, has won the Red Dot design award for its excellent design and quality. Around 1,400 companies from 49 countries took part in the competition, but only a small number gained particular recognition.

One of the world's largest competitions, the Red Dot Design Award enjoys an excellent reputation among manufacturers, specialist retailers and consumers and is a clear indication of product quality.

Since 1955, the quality seal of the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen has hallmarked products that stand out from the rest in terms of innovation, functionality and environmental friendliness.

Through cooperation with Australian and Asian design centres, Aimée also features in the documentation provided by institutions in many other countries.

The award-winning products will be exhibited at the Red Dot Design Museum in Essen for at least a year.

Villeroy and Boch are locally represented by Bathroom Design of Birkirkara. For more information visit www.bathroomdesign.com.mt..
