If the Road has been in a bad condition.for over 25 years, why is it that Maltese drivers cannot take more care on roads , that are known to be dangerous? Drive to the conditions, take more care on bad roads. It is Common sense, which many Maltese drivers lack. Impatience pays a part ; in such cases. QED.
