1 million energy saving bulbs distributed

Some one million energy saving bulbs have been distributed by the government, Resources Minister George Pullicino said in Parliament. He said the mailing of 130,000 vouchers to households had now been completed. €4 million were allocated for the scheme.

Those who did not receive a voucher which they believed they were entitled to should phone on 80072212 and a voucher would be mailed to them after verification, the minister said.
