Still no sign of energy-saving bulbs

I wish to express my concern at the way I have been treated lately with regard to the supply of low consumption bulbs, where I was completely forgotten as regard the sending of the letter to collect these bulbs.

Whereas my son who at that time was living in the same house as mine, owing to his purchasing and subsequent transfer to another property, was duly sent the form, and he was able to collect his bulbs, to date I am still left with nothing. I am constantly changing my light bulbs to low consumption bulbs as well as LEDs at my own expense, and this is costing me a lot of money.

I feel that five bulbs, albeit not much, should alleviate the expense to a certain degree.

I did raise a complaint during the time that complaints were being entertained over the phone, and I was promised that after October all complaints were to be looked into; however, to date, I have received nothing at all. I tried to phone again on the complaint line but (as expected) this line seems to be forgotten, unmanned and never answered.

What else can I do but to raise an official complaint via this newspaper in the hope that some officer in charge will take heed of it?
