The Labour Party's waving of an English-language newspaper during the Budget speech was a clear signal of the tastelessness of the party in opposition. Instead of focusing on the issue at hand, that is, the economic policy for the coming year, the same old faces chose to feed on the same old tactics, which have been shot down time and again, to try to hijack one of the most important events of the year. Thank God none of the papers fell so low as to give the story importance the next day.
