Mariano Polidano, 54, and Evan Polidano, 26, of Luqa, were yesterday arraigned before Magistrate Consuelo Scerri Herrera and charged with storing a quantity of liquid petroleum gas (LPG) in Wilġa and Gudja streets, Luqa on November 18 and before.

The two were also charged with possessing the LPG without the necessary authorisation and licence.

The accused pleaded not guilty and were granted bail with each having to pay a deposit of €500 and €2,000 in guarantees.
