Marriages and separations
Between January and September this year there were 1,729 couples whose marriage was registered in the Public Registry. Over the same period there were 372 couples who separated.
The information was given by Communications Minister Austin Gatt in reply to a parliamentary question by Anthony Agius Decelis (PL).

mr Paul Galloway if family maters are not important to you I pity you and your country. Hope at this country will never be the same as UK

If we had to publish every little detail in the UK about divorces/separations call them what you will (means the same to me) , marriages etc., it would take weeks to finish reading the lists. What about some real news that is of more importance then family affairs.
