Maltese business to present Voodoo 27 at Düsseldorf show

The much heralded Voodoo 27, built by Emocean Marine, the brand new boat-building company based in Abu Dhabi, will make its European mainland debut at the Düsseldorf Boat Show in January.

From bow to stern, Voodoo 27 is equipped for luxurious indulgence in a compact and comfortable package. The boat's variable ratio deep V hull, custom developed in the US, and its stylish design by the award-winning Gloss Design of Italy, creates a smooth and invigorating ride.

Participation at the Düsseldorf Boat Show, taking place from January 23-31, is the first of a range of initiatives planned in 2010 by the company's new European operation, situated in St Julians. Emocean Marine Europe Ltd plans to create a minimum of four dealers in the region, starting in Croatia, Greece, Italy and Spain.

"The Düsseldorf Boat Show is the ideal platform to demonstrate the qualities of the Emocean Marine range and generate interest from buyers and potential dealers," said Yani Ellul, managing director, Emocean Marine Europe Ltd.

"We wanted to bring a product onto the market that would astound even the most discerning of boating enthusiasts without overwhelming or going over the top. With Voodoo 27, we feel we have achieved exactly that, priced from only €55,000 yet capturing the essence of the yachting lifestyle in a day cruiser."

Next month Emocean Marine plans to unveil its latest two creations, Charm 27 and Talisman 27, at the Emirates Boat Show, Abu Dhabi, and both models will be available in Europe during 2010.
