HSBC increases improved ATM presence

HSBC has installed another ATM machine in Tower Road (next to the Carlton Hotel), on the promenade between Sliema and St Julians bringing the number of HSBC ATMs in Malta and Gozo to 72.

"Installing an ATM on one of Malta's most popular promenades allows easy access to both locals and foreigners who frequent the area," said Ray Briffa, HSBC's head of retail banking channels. "The increase in ATMs is also in line with HSBC's commitment to focus on customer convenience by providing automated banking services on a 24x7 basis."

In the meantime, HSBC has completed another project that has added new life and colour to its ATM network.

The project involves upgrading the promotional screens which are displayed on ATMs while customers use automated services. "These screens are an exceptional way to promote the Bank's services while at the same time enhancing the ATM customers' experience. These new 14 screens promote a wide range of different Bank products and services offered in Malta by HSBC, ranging from credit cards to insurance products," said HSBC's head of marketing Brian Tortell.
