FedEx Trade Networks opens freight offices in China and Europe

FedEx Trade Networks, the air and ocean freight division of FedEx Corporation, has opened new offices across China and in Europe as part of an aggressive expansion plan.

The services provided by the company include international airfreight forwarding and ocean freight forwarding, import and export customs clearances, pickup and delivery, and air and ocean consolidations throughout Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and China.

FedEx Trade Networks now has 13 locations in Asia and two new facilities in Paris and Amsterdam. This expansion will allow the company to provide enhanced forwarding services between Europe, Asia and North America.

Airsped Express has been providing air and ocean freight services from the United States and Canada to Malta for the past few years through FedEx Trade Networks. The addition of air and ocean services from Asia will compliment the services from North America as well as the global express services already provided by FedEx Express in Malta, a spokesman for the company said.
