YWCA concert

A fundraising concert hosted by the committee and members of the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) Malta was recently held at the Imperial Hotel, Sliema.

The event included performances by soprano Georgina Gauci accompanied by pianist Terry Shaw, the young singer Annalise Psaila and the Folklore Group. There was a historical swordfighting display by the Show of Arms Group and La Zambra Flamenca performed typical Spanish dances, including Flamenco and Sevillanas.

A reception was then held in the garden after a brief speech by YWCA Malta president Mary Jones.
