Balluta square should be preserved (2)
As residents of Balluta we are very concerned about the proposed changes in Balluta square. Is it not enough that the valley gets smaller by the year, shall we now lose the delightful square as well?
I really think that there is a tendency in Malta to replace every green spot with concrete. Maybe that is the reason the Green Party has so little success.
Not all is lost yet, as apparently a Balluta Residents Association has been formed which we would like to join.
I am sure and hopeful, that many other residents would like to join too.
