Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson has been banned from the touchline for four matches and fined 20,000 pounds ($33,150) by the English FA. The touchline ban for two of the matches is suspended.

At a hearing in London, Ferguson admitted a charge of improper conduct for criticising referee Alan Wiley following United's 2-2 draw with Sunderland at Old Trafford on Oct. 3
