GS Superstore has just signed an agreement with local human resources company HRmatters. The agreement, which spans over three years, includes the consultancy by HRmatters of all human resources aspects for GS Superstore, an extensive development programme which will be adopted company-wide and the development, strengthening and implementation of an in-house HR department.

HRmatters, which was founded in 2008, is dedicated to offering human resources and training consultancy as well as complete recruitment solutions for a wide spectrum of enrolment requirements.

Employing innovative and dynamic approaches and ideas, HRmatters thrives in assisting their clients reach their full potential in human resources. Managing director John Micallef Moreno said: "This agreement falls in line with our vision to extract the best abilities, skills and talents of the employees within a company, thus benefitting both the individual's development and the operation in reaching their full potential."

GS Superstore is one of the newest supermarkets in Malta with a large shopping area providing the best a retail environment store can offer, complimented with a butcher, bakery, stationery and a Melita outlet. Launched in March 2007, the superstore offers an easy-to-shop layout offering the widest range of grocery needs.

Located in the central area of Naxxar, GS Superstore is the latest addition of one of the biggest chains of supermarkets locally, which includes other well-known giant names such as Tower Supermarket, Shopwise, Shoppers and Trolees.

Apart from the various brands known locally, the supermarket carries renowned labels such as Carrefour, Uno, Terre d'Italia and ScelgoBio, which enjoy a reputation of a quality and value worldwide.
