How will the reductions on boat registration tax work? Will there be refunds?

Answer - In the budget the government has introduced reductions in the registration and licensing of boats that are listed in the table below (see pdf). From this measure nearly 16,000 persons will be benefitting and the government will be leaving no less than €150,000 in the pockets of the boat owners that have certain horse power.
