Special Russian recognition award

Victor Ragonesi recently received special recognition from the Russian Imperial House.

The patron of International Charity Society (ICS), and head of the Russian Imperial House, Grand Duchess Maria Vladi-mirovna of Russia, granted the special award - the Imperial Order of Saint Stanislav (II degree) to Dr Ragonesi as the chairman of Board of Trustee of ICS, in recognition of its great cultural and humanitarian work and in appreciation of the help shown by the Maltese people towards orphan children of Russia.

For the past seven years, Dr Ragonesi has offered legal advice to the ICS on a voluntary basis.
