'Something Different'

Henry Alamango's life-long relationship with the Gozitan environment sees him delivering his sixth solo exhibition entitled 'Something Different' at the Banca Giuratale in Victoria up to November 22.

Alamango is known for his ser-ene and atmospheric depiction of local landscapes and seascapes, executed primarily in watercolour. However, this year's exhibition, while dealing with similar themes, is different in that it relies heavily on pen and vibrant inks as primary media, with an occasional use of watercolour.

The focus of interest is emphas-ised and shown more starkly by omitting skies and other irrelevant information. Visiting hours are daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
