Applications for cancelled flights refunds
I would like to address this letter to any Efly passengers who, like me, had their December 10 and December 13 flights cancelled, and inquire whether they have yet received the refund for the ticket paid, since I have not. I even tried to contact, without success, the customer care unit of the airline.
I would like to take this opportunity to ask to which body in Malta I should refer so that they can officially process my claim to have my money back.
