Police ask for help on woman reported missing a year ago

The police are appealing for any information on a young woman who was reported missing a year ago, today.

Charlene Farrugia was last seen driving a grey Toyota Platz, bearing registration number CBQ 803, in Valletta on November 6, 2008. Then aged 25, she was wearing a short sleeved black top, blue jeans and white sports shoes. She also had a large silver cross hanging around her neck.

Ms Farrugia, who lived in Qawra, is about five feet and three inches tall, has brown eyes and had shoulder-length brown hair.

If anyone has any information about her, they are being urged to contact the police in confidence on 119 or 2122 1111 or resort to the nearest police station.
