Heroin found in car
A 33-year-old Gozitan was allegedly caught in possession of about 80 grams of heroin during a patrol by the police Drugs Squad in Ċirkewwa on Wednesday.
The police said yesterday they were checking the cars driving onto the ferry to Gozo when they noticed the man driving in a suspicious manner. They said the heroin was found during a search of his car.
