Two Maltese youths who were born as the Berlin wall was being pulled down in November 1989 will celebrate the birthday of a new Europe with MEPs in Brussels next week.

On 11th November, Gianluca Bezzina, a medical student and engineering student Marvic Vassallo, will join another 87 young people from across the EU to take part in a debate with European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek on: 'What does Europe mean to me?'

Vaclav Havel, former President of the Czech Republic, will also take part in the European Parliament sitting celebrating the 20th Anniversary of democratic change in Central and Eastern Europe.
