Man, 25, held over drugs
A young man was yesterday allegedly caught hiding cannabis at his mother's house in Senglea. The police said they were informed that the 25-year-old man was also selling the drugs in the vicinity.
When he was approached, he tried to run away from the house and threw away a box that was later found to contain 18 pieces of cannabis resin and 12 packets of cannabis leaves, the police said.
