Separations, annulments
Finance Minister Tonio Fenech yesterday quoted the 2007 and 2008 editions of the Demographic Review showing that separations decreased and annulments increased between 2007 and last year.
Answering a question by Leo Brincat (PL), Mr Fenech said that in 2007 there were 637 separations and 167 annulments. In the following year there were 519 separations and 188 annulments.
