Petrol and diesel prices unchanged
Petrol and diesel prices are not being changed this month in spite of considerable increases in the international price levels, Enemalta said.
The corporation said this was because there were no consignments for both unleaded and diesel last month.
The price of gasoil for heating dropped 4c to 61c.

Welldone GonziPN, a step to the right direction.This will for sure helps the growth of the economy and I hope that Guzi will consider this very good action the best idea for the economy especially this time of the year with most of the EU countries with a very high unemployment and also tell the ONE NEWS to mention this in thier news as a very good step.Once again well done GONZIPN.

ma nistax nifhem kif kulhadd igerger kontra s-sistema imma moviment wiehed, lehen wiehed sod kontra dawn l'azzjonijiet ghad m'hawnx. Il-Gvern mhux qed isib oppozizjoni soda. M'hemmx ghalfejn budget biex jinqalaw dawn il-kliem kollha... bizzejjed wiehed jiccekja l-kontijiet li jircivi! hemm bzonn ta' U-turn!

well done profs scicluna. you burst enemalta's and government balloon regarding higher price. oil prices are fixed in dollars but we fork out euros. one have to take into consideration these currencies flactuations before stating we are buying at higher prices........

@Michael Gatt
.. and I suppose you mortgaged your home and bought as much oil as you could at 40 dollars knowing full well you would make a killing right? There is no such thing as a free lunch!

This shows one thing that there is no planning and no forward buying when the oil was at 40 dollars per barrel

Petrol and Diesel Prices Unchanged ok - Wont be the same with electricity bills cause they wont remain unchanged ! Its been a week with the Prime Minister repeating again and again that the oil price is going up worldwide ! Maybe it would be so tough to increase fuel prices too along with electricity bills ? Its all part of the game - were used to it now Mr GonziPN and Co. Continue thinking that the people are idiots treating them this way and that You and Your colleagues are so Smart and Clever ! Minaaaaaalik !!

@Anthony Mizzi
Get your fact right. Petrol was around Euro1.25, then it went down to 0.99 and now its at 1.14. Problem is Super One never report the decreases ..... I wonder why!

Now that's a change, since even when there were considerable reductions in the international price levels, during the Gonzipn administration there were no reductions in price for the consumer.
