The 20th edition of the Charity Fun Run fundraising marathon will start on November 20 at 12.30 p.m. with a two-kilometre run, organised by St Theresa College's Girls' Junior Lyceum, Mrieħel, in conjunction with Gestfest.

The marathon continues on November 21 with a pasta night reunion for former students and teaching staff, and on the morning of November 22 there will be a sport day and bazaar at the school premises.

Other schools are invited to take part in the activities, which include exhibitions, dance, art, song and a gymnastics display.

This year's beneficiary charities are the Malta Community Chest Fund, Caritas (Malta), the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and the St Theresa College Girls' School Benevolent Fund.

Over 900 students are currently collecting funds for the fun run. Last year, the sum of €10,000 was raised.

Donations from the public may be deposited at any HSBC branch in the Charity Fun Run Fund account no. 0160 7949 3001.
